Something delicious I made last night that I wanted to share....
Roasted Butternut Squash with Rosemary, Pecans, and Gorgonzola

and Salmon and Dill....
In a 8x8 baking dish, drizzle some olive oil in the bottom - then add some chopping onions in the bottom. Lay a piece of salmon on top of the onions, salt and pepper, add some fresh dill on top. Roast in oven at 425 degrees for about 10 or so min.
